Shipping policy 

 

We want you to know we are open, packing and shipping online orders daily.  Here at Full Send Electric  orders are booked to ship the same day and our couriers will pick up Monday to Friday.  Our orders are picked packed and shipped priority.  Priority means your order is picked, packed and shipped using the fastest standard carrier we can find.  All couriers require a delivery address (not a PO Box) and a signature is required on delivery, so please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for the package.  

In some cases certain Courier companies use pick up points like a local news agent that act as drop off points for your items in the instance no one is able to sign for you.  You will receive an email/SMS when the package is picked up from us with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way.  No matter what option our aim is to get you your new gear as soon as possible!
 

How long does it take for my order to get to me?


Here are some general guidelines for deliveries.  Please add some time for more rural areas:
 

Melbourne: 1 business day

NSW: 1 to 3 business days

QLD: 3 to 4 business days

SA: 1 to 2 business days

WA: 4 - 7 business days

ACT: 1 to 2 business days

NT: 7 to 10 business days

TAS: 2 to 3 business days
 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. When you place your order and enter your shipping details you shipping will be calculated.  Please be aware that this cost is for the shipping only and may not include and duty or import taxes the country of destination may apply.

Priority New Zealand Shipping - 3 - 4 business days for most packages. 

 

What happens if my order does not arrive?


If for some reason your order has not arrived start off by using the tracking number we emailed.  If this does not work please email fullsendelectric.au@gmail.com 
 

Can I Cancel An Order?
 

Of course you can.  Let us know as soon as possible.  If the order has shipped already you will have to pay for the postage cost to have it returned to us plus a $20 restocking fee comes out of your refund to cover our initial shipping and handling costs.  


What If I Receive The Wrong Item?
 

We hope this never happens but if it does let us know right away and we will get the correct items out to you and organize the item's sent in error returned to us.  Easy.  Keep in mind item's need to be returned unused and with tags intact or we cannot accept them back. 

 Return Policy

Need to exchange and item or get a different one?  we have a 14 day return policy.  All returned items must come back with original tags and in unused conditions.  Any item received that does not meet these requirements will not be accepted sorry.  There are no refunds on SALE items sorry but we can exchange for you.  

If products have been used, damaged , altered, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

 

 

 

If you have received the wrong item, need to exchange a size or have a warranty claim that needs to be assessed please return items within 14 days of purchase date with a copy of your proof of purchase.   If we have sent the incorrect item our shipping Team will organize a return label for you.  If you are exchanging a product it is up to you to get the item back to us.  We recommend getting tracking for your return.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or our return policy, send us an email at fullsendelectric.au@gmail.com.

 

Cost of Returns 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods intended for a refund or exchange. We suggest that you send your goods using a tracked method of postage to ensure the goods reach us safely. We cannot process a refund or exchanges until the goods have arrived at our head office. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items 

In the rare case you have received the wrong item or if your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team at fullsendelectric.au@gmail.com.  To help us out please include your name and order number.  If your item appears to be faulty, please also include photos of the fault so it can be investigated. 

Exchanging Items

We will exchange an item if it was shipped in error.  Keep in mind that if the size/ kind you need is not available you will receive a credit note or option to choose another item.  Sale items cannot be exchanged so please choose carefully. If the item was shipped in error, we will cover all shipping costs of course, however, if you have made an error you will be responsible for getting the item back to us and covering the cost of shipping the new item.  

Also keep in mind that under no circumstance can Full Send Electric ship a new item or refund without receiving the incorrect item back in the store first.

Warranty Claims

In the event a item appears to be faulty please return item as per below policy.  All warranty claims will be assessed by the manufacturer and/or manufacturers representative and will be repaired, replaced or credited at their discretion. Full Send Electric  will always try to have as quick a turn around as possible however please allow at least 7 to 10 days for a warranty claim to be processed. 

Pre-Order's

Pre-Orders are a way for you to guarantee that you reserve a product in advance of it arriving instore.  This is important for hard to get items or fast moving items.  By pre-ordering a product we reserve that product for you and do not sell it to anyone else. In order to do so we require a 50% deposit for the whole amount at the moment of pre-ordering and the remaining 50% to be paid when the item it's ready to be shipped to you.  Cancellation's of any pre-order will incurr lost of your initial deposit.
